Despite the news cycle, it’s not 2008, and our stability and growth are as strong as ever.

Press Room Despite the news cycle, it’s not 2008, and our stability and growth are as strong as ever.

I want to address the recent events regarding Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and other financial institutions facing similar challenges. Clearly, there are some that believe this is reminiscent of 2008 and as a result we see charged emotions, fear, and speculation in the market.

Women's History Month

Women shape our history and future

History is our strength

This month we honor women’s contributions to history, culture, and our communities. As we celebrate triumphs this month, we also refocus on what it means to create equality. We see Women’s History Month as an opportunity to share and learn from the stories of the women before us while continuing their impactful legacy in our culture and society.

Voices for change

Women have long been instrumental in passing down history by sharing the stories and lessons of those who came before us. Women’s perspectives, and the larger human story, expand our understanding and connections with each other.

Women's History Month

Strengthening connections

While this month is a time of appreciation and celebration, it is also a time to honor those that paved the way. Progress from hard-fought gains give women the representation and experiences that help shape us all. Their experiences create lasting bonds while driving change for the next generation.

Black History Month

A stronger future begins with all of us.

Honor, explore, and celebrate

This month we celebrate the ongoing legacy of Black Americans who’ve indelibly advanced our collective well-being, often against heartbreaking odds. We see Black History Month as an opportunity to focus on what we can do to further that legacy throughout the year.

Every step counts

When it comes to creating a truly equal world, one that lives up to our beliefs, we all have a role to play. We strive to learn and raise awareness so we can be better employees, neighbors, and community members—and be worthy of the journey those we honor this month have asked us to take.
