This month we celebrate the ongoing legacy of Black Americans who’ve indelibly advanced our collective well-being, often against heartbreaking odds. We see Black History Month as an opportunity to focus on what we can do to further that legacy throughout the year.

Our Black Employees and Allies Network is a critical partner in helping us create a more inclusive culture, leading initiatives for mentoring and professional advancement for current Black employees and recruiting new Black talent to further enrich our workforce.

Fostering change throughout

The Cetera Black Advisor Community has become a strategic partner for creating positive and meaningful change in our profession, providing connection and accelerating the inclusion of Black financial professionals not only within Cetera, but across the financial profession.
